How not to fall in love with San Angel. One of the old neighborhoods "Spanish" of Mexico City. The Market of San Angel or tourists delight lovers of this country! But make no mistake, the Mexicans who want a beautiful craft for their home, also come to the market in San Angel.
The best day to come is Saturday because all the shops are open and cooperative.
The market is organized around two small squares where there painters, artisans and also some very nice antique shops.
Large and small purchases
Found in San Angel small colorful dolls that women before you and sew woven baskets. But also traditional silver jewelery and modern objects because Mexicans use their traditional techniques to make jewelry up to date (and what better than to buy her best friend that she can wear a jewel in France and not a bracelet she would look with a big smile and said, "Oh, you thought of me, you should not have" !!!!!
Paper mache critters, masks women, boxes, frames, jewelry, fine antiques, rare objects of beauty, everything is on the market in San Angel.
You can even enjoy "quesadillas" made in front of you in the court of the great cooperative at the top of the square, right (cooperative of artisans from all walks of life in an old renovated mansion.)
